President 1995–present.
Vice President for Marketing 1985-1995; Sales Representative 1977-1985.  

Responsible for marketing, maintaining architectural contacts, new product             
development, supervision of accounting, and planning.  Established working             
relationships with over 130 architects and engineers to provide them with information on company products.
 
Supervised revision of company's accounting system to bring it up to industry standards.  Diversified product mix by introducing exterior architectural units, interlocking pavers and glass blocks.  Developed installer network for pavers.  Obtained one of three Pittsburgh Corning Glass Block distributorships in Louisiana and put dealer network into place.  Dealt successfully with finance and personnel matters under widely varying market conditions. Negotiated transfer of firm's assets and operations to multi-state conglomerate, a process that is still ongoing.

Business Ethics Decision Making.  Taught four one and a half hour sessions on integrating ethics into business classes for 35 faculty from College of Business, (September, 1991).

Presentation to College of Business faculty on the role of peer evaluation and other outcomes assessment mechanisms in the continuous improvement of teaching,
